What’s the start date for the programme?
For Merchandising & Buying based in Watford or Dusseldorf, and UK Distribution, the programmes start in July 2012.
What’s the closing date for applications?
Applications will be accepted up until 30th January 2012.
What degrees do we look for?
We will consider any degree discipline with a classification of 2:2 or higher. You’ll also need GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English grade C or above.
Do you offer internships or placements?
We offer 12 month industrial placements which are targeted at 3rd year students studying for sandwich degrees. These are available in Buying, Merchandising, Information Technology and Distribution. Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer 3 month internships or work experience.
What’s the application process like?
When you submit your CV we’ll ask you to do a couple of things – firstly answer a few questions about why you’re applying, and secondly visit an online assessment website where you’ll do a 10 minute verbal and numerical reasoning test and a 30 minute work style preferences questionnaire. After that you’ll have a telephone interview and then assessment centre in one of our offices. It’s a two-way process, with us giving you opportunities to see if this is the right environment and job role for you, as well as us getting to know you a little better.
