Our Recruitment Process

As a global leader in specialist recruitment, we have developed many techniques for recruiting our own staff.

• An initial CV review to ensure your application meets our essential criteria
• A competency-based telephone interview.
• An assessment centre and additional meeting with an operational manager.

What is the deadline for applications?

We recruit people on an ongoing basis from now until the 27th July 2012.

Where are you recruiting in the UK?

We are recruiting all across the UK & Ireland for approximately 100 Graduates and 80 Student Placements.

What type of roles do you recruit for?

We’re looking for Graduates and Placement Students who are interested in a career as a Recruitment consultant.

We are also have opportunities in our Central Finance team for 3 graduates who are looking for Trainee Accountant roles.

Do you offer any placement or work experience opportunities?

We have approximately 80 opportunities for Placement Students who are completing an Industrial placement as part of their degree course.
This is a one-year Fixed Term Contract in which students will gain exposure to the business and Hays will invest in developing students into recruiting experts through first class learning and development programmes designed to develop their skills and knowledge. We’ll give students every opportunity to reach their potential to learn to transform lives and businesses, and if they perform well we maybe able to offer the opportunity to return to a permanent role with Hays after graduating.
