Harrods Retail Graduate Programme is aimed at enthusiastic and dedicated Retail Graduates wanting to become our retail leaders of the future! If you are enthusiastic about delivering an outstanding retail experience for our customers, we offer the opportunity to stretch yourself and grow within a world-class, industry leading retailer. The Retail Graduate Programme is an intensive 20-months of training, focusing on the science of selling whilst developing your natural leadership ability. Building your skills, you will spend time working across the departments from Harrods Signature, Toys and Food Halls to Fashion, Furniture and Fine Jewellery understanding the role of Sales Associate and Supervisor, before honing your talents and completing the programme as a Retail Manager.

Harrods Placement Programme aims to support undergraduates over their 12-month year in industry. Consisting of 3 placements across the business you will gain an understanding of how the retail operation and support functions work together to deliver a great retail experience for our customers. With experience of working as a Sales Associate, completing a business led project along with exposure to senior management within the business we offer the ultimate first step on your career ladder. On successful completion of the 12-month placement scheme you will leave the business with the opportunity to return and join one of our Graduate Programmes.
