Our core services are building design which encompasses architecture, building services and structures, and infrastructure related services including regeneration, environment, planning, sustainability, technology, industrial and civil engineering.

Our Graduate Management Development Programme will be delivered from 4 Regions:

h3. The Programme

The Graduate Management Development Programme is a one year programme, designed to enable you to gain widespread technical and commercial experience of our business and equip you with the skills required to support your career progression through Capita Symonds. We want you to be our rising stars and play an integral role in the future management of Capita Symonds.

The programme allows you the flexibility to tailor your experience to match your own personal preferences together with opportunities for you to network with peers and learn from experienced technical and management professionals within our business.
 
During the one year programme you will be allocated a Primary Placement dependent on your background (e.g. a Civil Engineering graduate will be placed with a Civil Engineering Team).  You will spend six months in your Primary Placement where you will have the opportunity to work on live and interesting projects from the outset.

You will also select six Experience Placements where you will spend one month in each, learning about a different aspect of our business. You may choose another technical placement where you will understand more fully how the multi-disciplinary project teams work together or it may be a business placement where you will learn about the commercial aspects of Capita Symonds.
