Where will I be based?

The Engineering Graduate Scheme is based in Bracknell, Berkshire for the first 6 months as a minimum, then it could be based from any of our locations nationwide, and potentially overseas

What are you looking for?

Graduates with an IET accredited degree at a 2:2 or above

What salary is on offer?

£24,000 plus 25 days holiday, contributory pension, healthcare + more

What is the application procedure?

The first stage is an online application form, if you are successful at this stage you will then be contacted to go through a competency based telephone interview. From here we will invite all successful candidates to an Assessment Centre where you will go through a number of exercises including a group exercise and an interview.
