The Betfair Group currently employs over 2,000 people internationally. We have offices in the UK, US, Australia and Europe.
The aim of our graduate programme is to recruit, train and retain the most talented graduates in order to deliver a pipeline of young talent into specific areas of Betfair and, to create a pool of potential future leaders for the organisation.
The graduate scheme is a two-year (three years for Finance), business-sponsored programme that provides on-the-job learning alongside a comprehensive development programme in order to up-skill the best graduates.
It is aimed at ambitious graduates that hope to build a long-term successful career out of their chosen field. The scheme commences each September, with the next intake scheduled for 2012.
Over the course of the programme our graduates will gain a wealth of experiences across the organisation, in terms of scope, location, and additionally, they will work on a project outside of their specific roles in order to build networks and bring innovative ideas to fruition.
