What is the deadline for applications?

The deadlines vary dependent on the programme. Please check out the AXA Graduate website for the deadline dates and note that we recruit as we go along so it is always better to apply early.

Where are you recruiting in the UK?

AXA’s Future Leader Graduate Programme requires flexibility around the UK and Ireland, whereas the Actuarial Student Programme is located in either Cobham, Ipswich or London.

Who do you typically look for?

Well, in addition to strong intellectual ability, you will need to be an action-orientated individual who knows what it takes to deliver consistent results and treat customers fairly in a rapidly evolving environment. You will be part of a company that believes strongly in sharing its success with the people who help to create it.

What type of roles do you recruit for?

Join our Future Leaders Graduate Programme and you will enjoy three eight-month placements across the Group over two years. Gaining experience in areas as diverse as Finance and Customer Service, you will quickly establish your potential as one of our future business leaders.
AXA’s Actuarial Student Programme aims to produce actuaries who can thrive in our rapidly evolving environment. We’ll support you in becoming a qualified actuary with generous study leave, ongoing development, and regular performance reviews and feedback.

Do you offer any placement or work experience opportunities?

We are currently working to develop formal internship programmes for summer 2012. Please visit the internship page on the AXA Graduate Website where you can register for email alerts once the programme opens for applications.
